The following are the minimum entry requirements for admission to the Education Geography program:

General University Requirements:

  • Credit passes in English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant subjects (e.g., Geography, Economics, and Science) in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent.
  • For candidates applying via Direct Entry, a minimum of two Advanced Level (A-Level) passes in Geography or related subjects may be required.

  • Candidates must sit for the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) examination.
  • The relevant subject combination for JAMB includes Geography, English Language, and another subject like Government or Economics.
