2024/2025 POST-UTME AND DIRECT ENTRY SCREENING EXERCISE.
The Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education, Owerri brings to the notice of the general
public the commencement of registration of qualified candidates for the 2024/2025 Post
UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise on Thursday, 1st August 2024 for a four-year degree
programme in courses under Arts Education, Sciences, Social Sciences, Vocational and
Technical Education.
Eligibility
Candidates who obtained a score of 140 and above in the 2024/2025 UTME and chose
Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education (in Affiliation with the University of Nigeria,
Nsukka) should quickly do a Change of Institution to Alvan Ikoku Federal University of
Education, Owerri on the JAMB portal.
Candidates should make the change at any accredited JAMB CBT Centre or JAMB office
nearest to them, including Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education CBT Centre.
Direct Entry candidates must possess NCE/OND/HND/First Degree ‘A’ level or their
equivalents in relevant disciplines.
Candidates must have uploaded their qualifying results to JAMB CAPS. Failure to upload
results to JAMB will disqualify a candidate for admission.
Other qualified and interested candidates who did not make Alvan Ikoku Federal
University of Education, Owerri their first choice should also go to any JAMB
accredited Centre or JAMB office including Alvan Ikoku Federal University of
Education CBT Centre to make Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education, Owerri their
first choice of institution.

Select /click the box
Enter your Jamb Registration Number {Ensure the Registration Number field is
validated}
Click Proceed
Enter Personal Data / Information as Required
Select the Programme type by ticking the checkbox attached to your desired
programme
Click submit to generate a Remita Number (RRR)/invoice
Select Payment Mode: (Pay online using ATM Card) or (Bank Payment) to proceed to
complete your application fee payment of N2000
Note: Return to the Web portal erp.alvanikoku.edu.ng to continue the process.
Enter O-Level Details (select 1 or 2 sittings) (NOTE: Ensure to go back to CAPS to
upload your O/L Results)
Enter Jamb Details:
Upload Documents (WAEC, JAMB, Birth Certificates, LGA letter of Identification and
Passport Photograph)
Click submit
Print Acknowledgement slip.
