The Dean

Dr. Livinus C. Okereke – the 13th elected Dean, School of Vocational and Technology Education, AIFUE, Owerri, and also elected 1st Maiden Dean on 1st September, 2023, Faculty of Vocational and Technology Education.

He holds Bachelor of Science B.Sc. Edu/Accountancy, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDB) Accountancy option both from University of Nigeria, Nsukka. Dr. L.C. Okereke holds Masters of Business Administration MBA (Finance), Masters of Science (Finance) and Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Accounting. Dr. L.C. Okereke has a wealth of experience since he joined Alvan Community in August 1993. He has served as Pioneer Departmental Co-ordinator Evening Weekend Programme, in 1998-2003, Head, Department of Accountancy 2004-2006, Deputy Dean Student Affairs 2008-2010, Co-ordinator Student Industrial Work Experience Scheme (SIWES) 2019-2020, re-appointment in the year 2020-2021.
